As a technical program and knowledge management specialist, I have worked in different thematic areas such as project research, program management and strategic development, Youth Programs on changing policy norms in areas of key challenges like unemployment facing young women and men in acquiring sustainable means of livelihood in modern agricultural farming system, active youth participation in governance and electoral practices, skills acquisition, migration policy/migrant rights and illegal migration issues and inequality; with quality research experience working closely with INGO, Civil Society Organization, Private sector, Government ministries, media organization, policy processes including budgeting and community engagement.

I am eager to contribute my own quota towards meeting organizational set goals and targets through accuracy and efficient management practice. An adaptable development worker with strong I.T skills in organizing online virtual/hybrid events including the management of websites, data collation, publications and photography/video support experience. A great team player with excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, digital communication and facilitation skills , proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, PowerPoint presentation, coupled with willingness to adapt and a flexible approach to work in high-pressure environment.
